- Overpriced but enjoyable.
Better than the Torpedo Golden (which is so bad I'm not even going to review.) A nice relaxing and medium smoke for an afternoon. Had a few minor flaws such as the wrapper starting to crack (which did not crack any further and burned evenly) at the half way point but nothing that would destroy the cigar.
Flavors were full of mostly pine, wood, nuttiness. Smoke was a smooth creamy texture and even a little chewy. A good way to spend 60-90 minutes. The band itself is very well designed and worth keeping, it's too pretty to throw out.
The only major complaint is the price. I understand it's a donation to the NRA, but I feel it could be bumped down to around a $10 stick. I would probably grab one again in the future. Not much value, it is a cigar after all. All in all not too bad and you donate to a good cause.
