THE GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES (“SWEEPSTAKES”) BEGINS AT 12:01 AM EASTERN DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME ON OCTOBER 1, 2017 AND ENDS AT 11:59 PM EASTERN DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME ON OCTOBER 31, 2017 (“ENTRY PERIOD”).

ELIGIBILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, you certify that you are eligible to enter into this Sweepstakes and agree to be bound by these Sweepstakes rules. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States & Washington D.C., who are at least age 18 years or older, have reached the age of majority in their state, and who are not prohibited by any applicable federal, state, or local law from entering into a sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes and any entry into the Sweepstakes is subject to and governed by all applicable United States federal, state, & local laws & regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors & their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, siblings) of the National Rifle Association of America (“NRA”) (“the Sponsor”), its advertising & promotion agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, retailers, subsidiaries, sales representatives, and/or distributors, & their immediate families, & those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter.

TO ENTER:

You must provide an active email address when entering. Inactive emails are prohibited and will not result in entry. Online entries are deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. Entry is limited to one entry per person/email address during the sweepstakes period. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Saving Time on October 31, 2017. A random drawing to determine the winners will be conducted on November 2, 2017. Normal time rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply. Alternate methods of entry: You may also enter the Sweepstakes by sending an email to products@nrahq.org with the subject line “Giveaway Entry.”

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. You have not yet won. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sharing this contest and other areas of NRAstore.com on social media is not necessary to enter. Sharing on social media will not increase your chances of winning.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, late, illegible, incomplete, or corrupted entries, inaccurate or incorrect capture of entries or entry information, loss of entries or entry information, or any other human or technical errors of any kind relating to the submission, collection, processing, or storage of entries or the administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of email filtering or for insufficient space in user’s email account to receive email. Sponsor is not responsible for any liability for damage to any computer or computer system resulting from participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with the sweepstakes. Use of any macro, “bot” or other automated system or mechanism to submit entries is prohibited. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, cheats, or otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Prizes & their Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): 1 WINNER – One, $50 NRAStore gift card. ARV of $50. SPONSOR: National Rifle Association of America, 11250 Waples Mill Road, Fairfax, VA 22030.

WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will be conducted on November 2, 2017 from all eligible entries received by Sponsor whose decisions are final & binding in all respects. Winner shall be notified using the phone number and/or e-mail submitted when entering. If Sponsor is unable to contact Winner within ten days of the random drawing or if the Winner fails to respond to any notification within that ten day period, Sponsor will, at its election, select an alternate Winner.

WINNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES: Winner must respond to the winner selection notification within ten days of the random drawing. Winner is responsible for any taxes or incidental charge not mentioned in these rules. If a prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if prize is forfeited or unclaimed, of if there is a failure to comply with any applicable federal, state, or local law, & there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, that prize, at the election of Sponsor, will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all eligible entries for that prize.

RELEASE: By entering, each entrant accepts & agrees to be bound by these rules & decisions of Sponsor & its judges. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not exchangeable or transferable. By accepting the prize, each winner agrees that Sponsor, its independent judging organization (as applicable), & any entity connected with this Sweepstakes shall have no responsibility or liability in connection with losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded hereunder. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use Winner’s names and likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot be implemented due to delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages or acts of terrorism. By entering, each entrant accepts & agrees that personal data provided in connection with this Sweepstakes, including name, address, telephone number, and email address, may be processed, stored, or otherwise used within the context of administering the Sweepstakes and engaging in marketing and public relations related activity. The entrant expressly consents to such processing, storage, and use. Information collected from entrants will also be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the collection and use of his/her personal data as permitted pursuant to the privacy policy.

By entering, each entrant releases and waives any and all claims against Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, and agents arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes, the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, or the Prize, and further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, demands, damages, rights, claims, actions, and liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes, the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, or the Prize. Sweepstakes winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in this sweepstakes or use or redemption of the Prize. Any disputes that may arise out of or connected to the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, or, if applicable, federal law. Entrants agree that all legal proceedings relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be maintained exclusively in courts sitting within the County of Prince William, the County of Fairfax or the City of Alexandria, in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Entrants consent to and subject themselves to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and agree that jurisdiction and venue for any proceeding arising hereunder shall lie exclusively with such courts.
