Online Ordering  To place an order, sign in and just add the items you would like to purchase to your cart(be sure to turn cookies "on" in your browser settings). Please review your order in detail before submitting as we cannot modify an order after it has been submitted. Once you submit your final order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number for future reference. Online orders are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt. The ability to check your order status online is not yet available.

Online Security Protecting your order information is a priority. NRA uses SSL encryption to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than the NRA.

Payment Options The NRA Store accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks, NRA award coupons, and money orders can be used on mail orders only.

Sales Tax  For merchandise purchases, sales tax will be charged based on National Rifle Association’s legal obligation in the state to which the materials will be mailed. NRA currently charges sales taxes on merchandise sales into 37 states plus District of Columbia. Sales tax charges on your order will be assessed based on the state where you reside unless you furnish NRA with an exemption certificate. Actual sales tax rates are based on state statutes as well as NRA agreements with state tax departments. Sales taxes will NOT be charged for NRA deliveries into the following states: AK, DE, HI, LA, ME, MO, MT, NE, NH, NV, OR, RI, VT.

Returns


Returns/Exchanges All returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of materials. Merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in sellable condition unless received damaged. We can only refund postage costs if the return is the result of our error. Complete instructions for returning or exchanging merchandise can be found on the back of the packing slip shipped with your order. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-607-6007 for additional information or assistance if needed.

Delivery Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard delivery for in-stock items. There is an express delivery option available at an additional charge. Please allow up to 72 hours processing time in addition to the shipping time when choosing your shipping method. Some items are shipped directly from the vendor and may take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. These items are identified on the website.

Shipments Outside of the U.S. For shipments outside of the Continental U.S. or Alaska, there is an additional charge to the shipping charge. Please see our shipping table for details. The customer is responsible for international duties and taxes. These duties and taxes will be billed and collected by the carrier upon delivery.
