Q: How do I place an order at NRAstore.com?

A: Ordering from NRAstore.com is simple and convenient. If you already have an NRAstore acoount, simply sign in, then add the items you would like to purchase to your cart (be sure to turn cookies "on" in your browser settings). If you are a new customer, you can choose to create a new account, which will streamline your ordering process and give you access to your NRAstore purchasing history. We also offer a "Guest Shopper" option, allowing you to shop without signing in. As you add new items to your shopping cart, the number of items and total will change in the bar in the upper right corner of the screen. When you are finished shopping, just click on "View Cart," then "Checkout." You will then be prompted to provide billing, shipping and payment information. Please review your order in detail before submitting as we cannot modify an order after it has been submitted. Once you submit your final order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number for future reference.

Q: How can I place an order if I do not want to do so through the website?

A: Order by Phone To order, call toll free at 1-888-607-6007 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Note: the NRAstore is closed some holidays. If calling from outside the Continental U.S., please call 1-434-455-2112 and ask for Order Processing.

Order by Fax You may fax your order to 1-866-507-1577. If you are outside the Continental U.S., you can fax your order to 1-434-525-1642.

Q: Why doesn't my NRA membership login work at the NRAstore?

A: If you wish to streamline the ordering process and have access to your order history, it is necessary to create a unique NRAstore account. This login information is not connected to your membership information. You may also choose to use our "Guest Shopper" option to shop without an NRAstore.com account.

Q: How may I unsubscribe from your e-mail/catalog mailings?

A: Each NRAstore e-mail includes a link for unsubscribing. It is typically found at the bottom of the e-mail, and it is the best way to unsubscribe, because clicking on the e-mail link connects the request to your specific e-mail address. Q: Why can't I add items to my NRAstore shopping cart?

Q: How can I tell if an item is in stock?

A: Inventory is checked in real-time as items are added into your cart. Your shopping cart will indicate "This item is IN STOCK and ready to ship" if sufficient quantities are in stock to fulfill your order.

Q: How can I view my previous NRAstore orders?

A: One of the advantages of creating and maintaining an NRAstore.com account is the ability to check your order history online. Sign into your account on the site and than click on My Account top right. You must be signed into your account for this information to display. Note: when you shop as a guest, no record is made of your purchase.

Q: How can I determine what size to order?

A: Generally, you should order the size you normally wear. However, when a product has a non-standard fit, we recommend referring to the size charts provided.

Q: What if my purchase doesn't fit?

A: The NRAstore offers a generous, 60 day return policy. All returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of materials. Merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in sellable condition unless received damaged. We can only refund postage costs if the return is the result of our error. Complete instructions for returning or exchanging merchandise can be found on the back of the packing slip shipped with your order. Q: What if an item is defective?

A: Despite our best efforts, occasionally a product is received in damaged or defective condition. If this happens, please call 1-888-607-6007 and explain the situation immediately upon receipt. Arrangements will be made to replace the product at no additional charge to you.

Q: Where will my order be shipped from?

A: All in-stock orders are shipped from Forest, Virginia. Certain items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and this is clearly indicated in the item's descriptive copy.

Q: How long until I receive my order?

A: Most orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt. Please take this processing time into account when choosing your shipping method. Ground orders typically arrive between 7-10 business days, depending upon your destination's geographical proximity to our warehouse.

Q: Which shipping company will deliver my order?

A: The NRAstore utilizes both United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most deliveries. Sorry, we are unable to honor individual requests for a specific carrier.

Q: Why does the NRAstore sell imported products?

A: The NRAstore product selection team makes every effort to buy American made products. In cases where the best availability and price is offered by an imported product, however, we will offer these products in order to better serve our customers. Q: Do you sell binders for my NRA magazines?

A: Sorry, NRAstore no longer offers binders for NRA magazines. Members have told us that generic magazine binders (usually found at local office supply stores) work well as a substitute.

Q: Why do I have to pay applicable state and local sales tax?

A: NRA Store's tax obligations are based on the NRA's legal obligations in each of the states and agreements with state departments of revenue resulting from a multistate nexus study. NRA currently charges sales taxes on NRA Store merchandise sales shipped into 44 states plus the District of Columbia. The NRA nexus study is continually updated to remain current with state laws and to protect the NRA during audits.

Q: How is my sales tax calculated?

A: For NRA Store merchandise, sales tax is charged based on NRA's legal obligation in the state to which the materials will be mailed. NRA currently charges sales taxes on merchandise sales into 44 states plus District of Columbia. Sales tax charges on your order will be assessed based on the shipping delivery address unless you furnish NRA with an exemption certificate. Actual sales tax rates are based on state statutes and NRA agreements with tax departments. Sales taxes will NOT be charged for NRA deliveries into the following states: AK, DE, MO, MT, NH, OR. A: Yes, NRA Award Points may be used toward payment of your order total. Each NRA Award Point is worth $1.00. NOTE: NRA Award Points may ONLY be redeemed by mail. A: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required in order to ensure that your returned merchandise is accepted by our warehouse and properly credited to your account. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-607-6007 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Q: Who pays for the return shipping?
