All returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of materials. In all cases you must call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-607-6007 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in sellable condition unless received damaged. We can only refund postage costs if the return is the result of our error. Complete instructions for returning or exchanging merchandise can be found on the back of the packing slip shipped with your order.
